Hi Everyone...my name is Amy and...I...am a Workout show addict!!!
Seeing that article really helps me understand how she went about firing Brian so much easier this time!!! Jackie is buggin me quite a bit more this season than past...think she's too focused on all her outside projects (clothing line, food line, etc)...I'm just not feeling that she's as sincere as years past!?!?!

i love this show, but imo jackie is pretty much the worst boss ever. she's so unprofessional, it's ridic. but that's probably part of why i really like it. | |

I dont get why people are so pissed at Jackie for the conversation. It started as two girls being catty about some boobs, it had nothing to do with the poor woman having cancer. They didnt even know she had cancer. When they found out she did and that is what was going on they felt badly. Havent we all looked at some boobs and commented on how fake they look? Kinda makes you think twice about those comments now thats for sure. | |

I think the difference to me is that she comes across as this "holier than thou" type & refused to discuss it at all. I think she should have listened to Peeler rather than just dismissing the whole situation.
And, the owner of the gym shouldn't be dissing any client that walks in, IMO.

Since I made my last post in this thread about watching one episode, I've since watched all the other episodes that have followed and am HOOKED. Great! Like I need another reality show to obsess over.
Anyway, I've totally made catty comments about fake boobies (even though I'm so getting myself a pair!), but I think why everyone is pissed off is because after learning about the situation, Jackie refused to apologize for the comments. It sucks they had to lose sponsers over it, but what can you do.

I do think she was just looking for a reason to fire Peeler and this was a convenient one. Maybe thats why she didnt want to discuss it. Who knows but I agree between her clothing line, DVD, power bar, etc she is getting out of control! Too bad! | |

I have just gotten caught up with the show and I am very disappointed in Jackie. I use to like her even though I've always thought she wasn't a professional boss. However, it seems this season she has gotten an serious head trip going on. And she is the worst boss out there. The episode where she was telling Peeler'sformer client a little about why she fired him was totally inappropriate. All she needed to do was let her know he was no longer and employee and introduce her to her new trainer. Simple as that. And the whole comment about the boobs I thought that was uncalled (since I don't have any boobs cause I'm an A cup I think they are great if you aren't too scared to get them) for and she should have at least heard Peeler out. Now he definitely, should not have responded the way he did. But, I understood his frustration! | |

So, I finally got to watch last week's episode where Greg & Ranessa hooked up. I love that Jackie asks him straight away "Are you an alcoholic?" We've all seen the shows where Jackie gets tanked.....pot calling the kettle black? It was very unprofessional for him to do that & miss work, but c'mon....
Also, Peeler separating & then getting lit at the benefit. Poor guy's not having a good month.

I love this show! I agree though that this season I'm finding Jackie really annoying. When she wouldn't even let Brian talk I wanted to smack her. I can imagine how he felt. She should have just heard him out. She didn't have to agree with him... Last season I didn't find her nearly as annoying. She acts like she is perfect and everyone should be like her. But I'm still watching! lol | |
