Is anyone else having trouble with search? I have tried a few times to search for Riu and I am getting either no results or timing out. I know that Riu should bring up a ton of results as I can go to the Jamaica threads and see the word Riu in thread titles.
I wanted to see if anyone else was having issues or it was just me.

I think that you have to select advanced search, because the other search doesn't work.

Are you using the advance search? Or just the regular search? Try using the advanced search if your not already doing so. I'm going to try it now and see what's going on.

We'll look into it, though I know that sometimes the search doesn't like when you use short words, like "RIU" - we'll investigate!

honestly, i think it just doesn't like 3 letter searches - for example, if i search for "ocho" or something, it's fine. not sure what we can do about this!

ok, this kind of works as a work-around - try searching also with an asterik (like seach for *RIU*) - problem here is that you get only things that have something else attached to the "RIU" text. I'll keep trying to come up with other tricks!

Ok I did the advance search and typed in 'RIU Jamaica' and got a bunch of RIU threads. Is there anything specific about the RIU you are looking for? Maybe that will help narrow your search.

I was looking specifically for any info about the Riu's in Jamaica. I see that a new Riu is opening in Montego Bay and wondered if anyone had mentioned it yet or had any info.
