Special song

I have a question. If there is a special song that I want played while I walk to my husband for our vow renewal, should I be able to have it played on my IPOD instead of having the Mexican string trio attempt to play it? My WC keeps trying to insist of have the trio play it, but I really want my husband to hear the words instead of just the music. Am I being unreasonable or is she just trying to save me money by having the trio play it and me not rent a sound system? What would you all do? The song I want played is: Remember When by Alan Jackson. TIA

I don't think your being unreasonable at all. If you don't want the trio to play it let your WC know and tell her your reason why. You really don't even need a reason. That's YOUR day and you want it a certain way. You don't want to look back later on and say Man!! I wish I would've done this or done that. Cause it would be too late. Stick to your guns and let her know Be aggressive!!! Just my 2 cents.

I absolutely agree with Angel. You're not being unreasonable and you should stick to your guns. The song I'm walking to is more meaningful if the words are sung and not just the music.

Thanks for your input. I think I have decided to go with an acuostic guitarist that sings in English. He has this song on his list. I just hope he has a good voice. LOL

That sounds like a great idea... maybe you can test him out first and see if he is any good? If not use the IPOD
