I am more than happy to help. I actually have been making invites for other brides since I posted mine. I feel I am getting better everytime. Here is a picture of the last set I did for a bride in Cali.

I also did this fun one for the STD and then they did the boarding passes for their invites.

Then you just slip the picture invite in the sleeve and at the top it says SAVE THE DATE. I also did some with a magnet on the back so you could pull the velum off and put the picture with the date on the fridge.

Wow, that save the date is really cute! I love the picture idea!
I think I am going to do boarding passes for my invitations. I just mailed out passports for my save-the-dates which turned out well. The boarding passes you did are too cute! It does look like a lot of work though, I'm going to have to get some of my co-workers to help!
