Default feedback on full service wedding providers

My fiancee and I are planning a beach wedding for sometime toward the end of winter 2009 (Feb. or Mar.) We've been tossing around the idea of Florida but it's a big state and we are not familiar with too many of the beaches or areas. I know I'd like to stay somewhat close to the Delray Beach area (I have older family there that have difficulty traveling.) It's also important that we are not too far from an airport for those guest flying down.

We're anticipating somewhere around 25 guests. What I've been looking into recently are wedding service providers that offer package deals such as the officiant, filing of the marriage license, etc. There seem to be many of these providers and it seems to be the easiest option for us, being from out of town. I was just curious if anyone had ever used one of these services and what feedback they might have.

Also any suggestions for a beautiful beach location with minimal crowds would be most appreciated. Thanks.

I've never been to Delray Beach, but a little further North there is Boynton Beach which is very clean and somewhat private and cozy. Around that time of yr our weather here in the Sunshine State is great. Good luck and Congrats!!!

I live in Boynton Beach which is 5mins from Delray Beach. There is a Marriot Hotel right across the street from beach. They have an outdoor venue for reception or ballroom which ever is your preference. There is also a venue called the Sundy House that has beautiful tropical gardens. You could get married there or at the public beach off Atlantic Ave. I went to a wedding at the holiday inn in Highland beach which is probably about 20-25mins south of Delray. They have beach access for the ceremony and nice pool side area and nice ballroom for smaller weddings. I'm planning my own beach wedding in Key West for May 09. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Thank you for the suggestions. I've started looking into Boynton Beach as one of our location options. I was also wondering if anyone had any opinions about Pompano Beach or Jupiter?
