This trip to California was a complete surprise to me. He told me that we were going to be doing something on Saturday morning, so he woke me at 10am and said I had 20 minutes to get ready or he was leaving without me. So I quickly showered and got dressed and did as much as i could in 20 minutes. We started to drive and it looked like he was headed towards the ferry but I wasn't quite sure yet, he then pulled over to the side of the road and surprised me with 2 tickets to California. I was so surprised, I had no idea!!! Apparently, the night before he had packed everything for me and packed the car without me even knowing.
When we got to California he had wine in the room and he had made a reservation for us at a very nice restaurant. When I went to get dressed i realized he had not packed me any of my nice clothes and NO makeup just some eyeliner. I was so upset! But when i finally realized what he had planned none of that mattered anymore. We had the perfect spot in the restaurant and everyone appluaded when they saw he was proposing.
Afterwards they had a singer down in the lounge, when he heard what had happened he called us down after our dinner and serenaded us. It was perfect! Such a surprise! 
Now were planning on getting married at Dreams Cancun on July 11 2009.  |
