TammyM brought up a good point that we dont have a hair and makeup thread and since many of us can't decide on how we want to do our hair I thought it would be nice to post some different ideas...so here are the two I am looking at (sry I'm reposting mine)

Because I have shorter hair, I am really struggling with this as well!!! Great idea to add the post!
Here is the only one that I have found and like so far. I'm still looking for something to put in my hair, but am leaning towards a flower or two. I'm just really hoping my hair will grow in the next 40 days to make whatever I decide work! :)   | |

Oh, and here are the makeup pictures I have. This is where I am nervous - I don't wear makeup at all. Literally, I don't own anything, not even mascara! So needless to say I am nervous about what I will look like and feel like. So here are a couple that I didn't mind.   | |

Ann I'm super nervious about makeup. I wear it but I've NEVER had it done professionally and I'm so scared.. :-) I don't even know where to begin in looking for something.

Oh - me either. In the past when I've been in weddings, or for my first wedding, I've always had a friend do it for me. Someone that knows me, and gets that I just don't wear makeup! But I don't know who is going to do it this time, no one coming to my wedding does makeup, that I know of. I just may have to get it done professionally, and get at least one trial to make sure I like it.

Ann,
Just a thought - unless you want to look like another person completely, I would consider doing your own makeup. Since you don't wear any at all, I would worry that a pro would give you something (esp since it's "bridal") that is too much for you. You are a natural beauty & I think you should maintain that theme for your wedding. A lot of make up artists/estheticians will do a make up lesson with you so you can achieve the look you want on your own. Just an idea, but since you have time I think you could make it work on your own.
