For all of you who've been to Kauai before, where's the best snorkeling spots? I've heard Larsens Beach is pretty good. My FI and I are going there at the end of June and I wanted to start doing some planning. |

kee beach on the north side of the island was my favorite for snorkeling - clear water, great reef
and lots of huge sea turtles (I love the turtles!)
we went there practically every day :) | |

We went on a catamaran snorkeling tour and it was very nice. It was on the north side of the island.

Best snorkeling beaches: (all in the North Shore)
1. Lydgate State Park in Wailua for beginners
2. Tunnels Beach for intermediate snorkeler
3. Kee Beach - for intermediate snorkeler
4. Hideaways

Gotta agree with Kee beach for snorkeling. We went to a few spots on the island and from the moment we were knee deep in the ocean at Kee there was a school of huge fish swimming about. Snorkeling was pretty much effortless with so many beautiful fish there! We're going back in August...yay!!! | |

We snorkeled at Princeville, and it was nice. There were a lot of colorful fish. We didn't have a chance to go anywhere else. I'm not much help. | |
