Hi, I stayed at the Presidente Intercontinental in November of 2007. I actually loved this hotel. I bid on Priceline, and you never know what you are going to get. At first I was a little afraid that it was too far out, but we enjoyed the bus ride into town and back, the scenery is beautiful. The hotel was not too busy, the pool isn't huge. The beach itself is wonderful, the bluest water and two days manta rays came within a few feet of us while we were swimming. This seems to be the older area of PV and the properties may be smaller, and less updated than other areas, but it is THE BEST BEACH!! Sara
