We went to Cuba with FH's family and one day he asked if I wanted to go for a walk on a beach. I wasn't feeling so well but I thought that a walk would help my stomach a bit....we walked around the resort and then on our way back to our hotel room we took the beach back. I saw that someone had written "Will you marry me?" in the sand and I of course had to comment how sweet it was that a guy was asking his gf to marry him like that....I turned around to see his response and he was on one knee holding a gorgeous ring! Haha I was definately too shocked to say yes at first!!! I thought I would always cry once I got proposed to, but I think I was in too much shock!!!! I didnt even hear his little speech that he made cause I was too overjoyed!!! Of course I eventually said yes...it was definately the best holiday ever!!!!
He too had asked my parents for their blessing a week before we went for our trip. That was something very important to me because I know my father and mother would appreciate it.
Thats my story!!!
