These are brand new...just arrived yesterday but to my dismay the sizing was off. I am a 7 1/2 and I like my flip flops big. Well the site had no 1/2 sizes so I naturally ordered a size 8! Well they are huge! Then I looked at the packing slip and it says "all sales final and no returns or exchanged"!!! I emailed them and asked what my options were and no response yet and they are hard to reach over the phone. I love the shoes and I'm bummed because the order came in like 1 week!!! So if I can sell these I will reorder the size 7 (eventhough I don't like their customer service their turnaround was great!) Anyway...they are IVORY and 3 inch heal. The flower is swarvosky crystle.
