For Photographers: Question about Aventura Spa

Hi, have any of you photgraphed weddings at Aventura before? Could you please tell me if the sun sets on the beach or behind the resort? I have heard that it sets behind the resort, so having a sunset ceremony won't produce the best pictures. What time of day would you say is best for pictures? I am flexible in my ceremony times. Any help would be greatly apprecitated!! :)

While I am not a photographer, I am a bride that was recently married at Aventura Spa Palace (Dec 07). Here is a link from my photos from our wedding:

As you can see the sun did set behind the resort, not over the ocean. However the colors in the sky were beautiful. Keeping in mind the sun sets earlier in December than June, we had our ceremony at 2:30 followed by cocktail hour from 3-4 and did pictures between 4-5 when the sun was setting.
