My photographer is located in Barrie, but she shoots weddings in Toronto all the time and is in Toronto all the time. She is also going to be featured in the next Wedlux Magazine, she is pretty amazing.
Her name is Jennifer Klementti and her site is Jennifer Klementti // Photography At Its Best, please keep in mind she is working on her site, its not that great right now. Also keep in mind that this is the style I asked for, she can pretty much do anything.
