first, I think this board is fab and I have learned so much already just reading your posts!
FI and I are going to cancun next month- could you please suggest some places we may check out to have our wedding at? We are staying at the Barcelo. I would like to set up meetings with the wedding coords before we head down.

Hi Lee. Tell us a little bot more about what you envision for your wedding day. I have gone to Cancun for a couple site visits and saw several places but they were all quite different. Are you looking for an all-inclusive? A small intimate resort? Will kids be in attendance at the wedding? How many people are you expecting? Do you want a beach ceremony or church? etc.

Lee | Check out the Cancun section of the forum to get some ideas. There have been a lot of Cancun weddings and a lot of reviews on this forum. That will give you some ideas of resorts to check out. Other than that, start looking at hotel websites and see what they offer for weddings and start to narrow it down. Go to a travel agent or even shop around online to get some price quotes for packages to places you might be interested in.

Welcome! What are you guys looking for in a resort? Good beach, all inclusive, family oriented, large/small, private ceremony site, close to downtown & nightlife 
The answer to these questions will really help narrow down where to start :)
