NicoleandScott, those are beautiful shoes. I am not wearing shoes either for the ceremony but I am going to wear barefoot sandles for the ceremony, my dress is just below the knee. I have not picked out the ones for reception yet still looking.

I'm so freaking excited!!!
So my first fitting is on Friday so I had to get shoes fast. After spending 2 days of only trying on every bridal shoe in all of NYC, I finally found the ones! They were a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but they are so comfortable and I think that's pretty important.

i've seen on a lot of TTD, the jeweled necklace looking thing worn for the feet.....WHERE DO YOU GET THEM AND WHAT ARE THEY CALLED?

please help! | They're called barefoot sandals if I'm not mistaken. Tons of brides on here have used em for their weddings, either by buying them or making them on their own. I've seen some beautiful ones on here ~ if you do a search I'm sure some threads will pop up  Also because they're becoming quite popular for DWs I think a lot of the bridal shops are starting to carry them ~ it's a fun way to add some bling to a barefoot ceremony!!  Hope this helps!!! :)
