Does anyone have any experience with any of the wedding planning people/companies in the USVI, preferably on St. John (not from a hotel)? We are looking at a few and appreciate both negative and positive feedback you can provide. Thank you.

If you haven't booked w/ Stacy yet, there is also a planner named Mary at Caribbean Destination Weddings: Plan your Wedding Ceremony on St. John Island Style Weddings. I'm getting married there in October, and she's our planner and ceremony officiant. She has great vendor recommendations. She's been very hlepful thus far. Good luck.

What is your opinion of not using a wedding coordinator vs. using the hotel's catering sales manager that I am working with that has her recommendations for bands, flowers, etc....

Mary Bartolucci of Island Style Weddings planned our sunset wedding on June 1, 2008
She is wonderful and it was the most perfect day of my life....
There's nothing I would have done differently.
BlueGlass Photography was amazing
HiDefVi Video was beautiful!!
She does a first class job!!
