I would recommend the Gaige house in Sonoma:
. : THOMPSON HOTELS : Hip luxury hotels in NYC, LA at the official Thompson Hotels site :.

It's gorgeous!

Smile Re: Napa Valley Honeymoon?

Update*** We booked our flight, rental car and hotels today. We are flying in on a Tuesday and spending that night in San Francisco, then the next day we are going to drive to Napa and spend 3 nights at a B&B. We chose the The Inn on First, based on great reviews it had on trip advisor and we wanted a B&B instead of a hotel cause we have never stayed at a B&B before. It will be a nice relaxing getaway after our wedding in Cabo! We are Very excited!

Thanks to everyone for all the suggestions.
