 | Re: Maroma? Maroma should be a great place. Their wedding coordinator, Monica is very responsive and helpful. They have a chapel as well. They are a bit small than the other karisma resorts. |

 | Re: Maroma? Maroma (orient express) is a BEAUTIFUL tropical hotel. They have one of the most beautiful and private beaches in the area. The hotel is luxurious (albeit a bit pretentious) and has amazing food. The downside is that they require 80% of your guests to stay for 3-5 nights. It's a 4 night requirement arriving on wednesday and 5 nights arriving on thursday or friday. The rates start at 350 so it may be alot to ask of your guests depending on their financial situations. |

 | Re: Maroma? HI everyone !
thanks for all these responses !!! somehow i missed them all, please forgive I am new at this :)
matt & sol & elizabeth- thanks for the photos, they are great - such nice work you guys do! ive def been looking at your photos throughout this process and they are beautiful!
We ended up booking hotel esencia instead, ultimately it was difficult to guarentee the # of rooms they required from our guests.
thanks mexico09 bride, that was exactly the problem
But we are VERY excited about esencia.
Thanks again for all the responses-
