I am getting married at Cabo Del Sol too! Feb.14th 2009! Your review was amazing, I printed it out and put it in my "wedding folder". I have a few questions:
1. How did you get the "Latin Hot Fare" for the Sheraton?
2. I love the sunset rehersal dinner idea! Did you get a discount?
3. How did you work out the transportation for the wedding and the sunset dinner? Did you have a good experience with the drivers?

congrats!! it sounds like eveything went well for you! the cabo del sol was beautiful!! i saw it on my site visit last year & that was actually my first choice. everything about it was wonderful, the grounds, the privacy, etc. it was going to be a little over our budget so we ended up at dreams. i told FI that the guys need to golf there to see how nice it is :)
