I used a gal who is local to me named Candi Merle - she did an excellent job. We emailed for a couple of weeks, I sent her a swatch from my gown and some photos of what I wanted - which incidentally I had never actually seen before and she did an excellent job on the veil. The best part is that she only charged me $62 for the veil and blusher; I am sure that I would have paid 10x that amount if I had actually found the veil and purchased it elsewhere.

Making a simple veil is no problem - I've made several, but as I wanted a more complicated design I am so glad that I went with her. SO those of you who aren't DIYers or don't have the time, I highly recommend her for service, speed, and cost.
