OK..I don't see it...when I go to user CP, the only thing at the bottom or close to it is girltalk on the left and copyright info at the right...

There is a box on the bottom of the page under user cp that says latest reputation points. When someone has repped you,it will list the person's user and the thread. You can then click on it to read the point.
