I just wanted to comment that I personally find it annoying that this site allows people to post really large signatures, like huge pictures along with all the other stuff (tickers etc). I think you should reduce the size of pictures people are allowed to post. There are some people who use really large pictures, and when they are posting several times in the same thread, the thread gets taken over by their pictures, not the information, which is what we all come here for. |

You are welcome to go into your UserCp and turn off signatures.
This is not going to change, we actually all like the signature idea, and even have sig challenges. So it would be best if you felt that way to turn them off.

You can read through here. The decision was that most of us prefer the siggy pics. if you don't like them, it's easy to turn them off. Also, Tammy who owns & runs this forum must like siggy pics because she always has one. I agree that they should be kept to a resonable size. Most of us try to do that. | |

i haven't seen any that are too large. if they stretch out my screen, then yes, it's annoying, but i haven't seen any that bad. but apparently you can turn the off so that should take care of the problem for you! | |

It's really not that nice to be a member of a site for 2 months & then say the way we do stuff annoys you. It was a little harsh. Obviously we love our siggys. We wouldn't make a new one each month if we didn't. I like being able to put a face to the username. The ones that stretch out the screen are annoying, but usually when someone does that we suggest the make it smaller. I am super excited to get started on my March siggy. The ticker is about the only way i realize who close my wedding is getting. Sounds dumb, but I worry without it I'll lose track of time & it will sneak up on me.
