Has anyone heard of Thousand Waves in Maui?

I'm considered having my wedding at the Thousand Waves in Maui - it's a private estate... anyone have feedback on events or stays here?

i do not have much info on it but heard it is pretty spectacular. this would be a great option for a smaller wedding..
