Wow...bummer I had to miss all the fun on this thread yesterday afternoon! Oddly enough I had to leave to attend a work event where there were actually several Axl's in attendance! lol! The theme was rock n roll and everyone was dressed as something "rockish". It was actually pretty hilarious....there were people there that I've worked with for 3 years that I totally didn't recognize!

I work for a Lexus dealership. I actually work in the service department - setting appointment for clients to have oil changes, repairs etc.
Anyway, the thing last night was our annual awards dinner. Each year our owner gets the two Lexus dealerships he owns together and has a big 'ol party. They give out awards for "Dealership Member of the Year" or "Sales Person of the Year" etc. something for each dept. It's always a BIG deal. it's the only day of the year besides Christmas eve that we close early. It's typically a really fun party w/ a theme of some kind, 70's night, Casablanca, and this year's Rock n Roll theme. It was at the House of Blues in Dallas. So fun! They had these guys doing airbrush "tattoos" on people and all kinds of stuff. And the prizes are really good - trips to cancun, or monstrous gift certificates to Tiffany and Co., trip to Vegas etc. It's all personalized based on what the employee likes. They actually make us fill out a form each year stating what types of things we like so they know what to get us if we win! LOL!
I actually have some pics on my camera...I'll have to post them once I get them downloaded. It's not everyday you see your boss in a gold lame top w/ cones...a la Madonna! loL!

We have huge parties at our company too. They are fun. I should scan a photo of FI at our Christmas party. It was a Rock n Roll themed one too- something about Jingle Bell Rock. They had a photo booth set up where we could dress up as rock stars. FI looks so funny with a construction hat ahd yellow boa.

No fair I missed out on all the fun! Let's see since I've been gone Jean-Marcus has professed his undying love for GnR and wearing lingerie! LOL. J/k. There is an awesome cover band that plays here in NY called Appetite for Destruction. They are amazing!

ya. ive heard of appetite for destruction. i think they tour.. i so wanna go see one of those cover bands.. i actually went and saw gnr last year (well it was axl and other musicians but they rocked just as hard) and i caught his whistle ....
and dont you worry if jenna walks down the aisle to NR i will make sure its filmed one way or another...
