Well it's official. I've been part of this site long enough to be allowed to post my vendor listing.. YAY :)
ANYWHOOO... my name is Jean-Marcus Strole (thats pronounced like Shawn-Marcus). Born and raised in Uppsala, Sweden and moved to the states about 20 years ago.
I received my BFA (bachelor of fine arts) from the University of Washington in 2002 and have a strong passion for wedding, concert, fashion, and other forms of photography. I have a huge passion for traveling and feel it is one of the best ways to learn and know this world we live in.
Wedding photography is something I just fell into. It was never a thought of mine as a photographer to do weddings until I shot a friend of mines wedding in 1997. After that it was a friends brothers wedding, then other friends weddings and next thing you know I'm doing about 50 weddings a year and I truly love it.
I'm fairly certain that us wedding photographers (especially destination photographers) have one of the best jobs in the world. I LOVE meeting new and interesting people, and photographing the most important day of their lives, and traveling the world, and getting to be creative, and at the end of the day to have people be truly appreciative and thankful for the work you have done. There aren't many that can say that about their work, and for that I consider myself truly blessed and grateful.

My name is Trish, and I forget to return phone calls!  But I must say working with Jean Marcus has been totally hassle free, and very easy! He's quick to respond, very outgoing, attentive to your needs, oh yeah..and he kicks @ss at Rockband! If your still looking around for photographers I would totally check him out!
