I'm going with one of the Ebay suppliers like a few others are. Designer dresses without the bridal shop markup. Its fantastic.
My dress ordinarily is $700, but I'm getting it for $409. We have kids and I'm not trying to go bankrupt doing this whole shebang. I'd rather minimize expenses whenever possible and spend the real cash on our honeymoon. But then, I'm one of those brokeass brides.

My dress was regularly $599, but it was on sale for $450.
TTD dress was $76.
Haven't gotten the veil yet, but the one I love is $175.

I bought my dress for $350. They inadvertently marked the wrong price on the dress and had to honor it! (Orig $979, supposed to be on sale for $599.)

I guess I need to update since I returned the ebay dress. My official dress that I am absolutely happy with ended up being $2,300. If I had never found it, I would never have spent that much. I still think it's too much, but once you found the one that loves phenominally better then the others, it's hard to deny it. So I would advise all brides to check price tags before trying on a dress so you don't fall in love with a dress out of your price range. Luckily my mom is paying for $1,000, so I only (did I say only  ) have to pay $1,300. Quote:
