I paid $600 for my dress. I purchased it at a bridal show ad a SUPER discounted price. It's well over $1000.

I bought my dress for $450.00. I never thought I would have spent so little on a wedding dress. The ones I was looking at online were so much more expensive. I love it, it's perfect for my wedding, now I can splurge on other things with the money I saved!

I went to see wedding dresses for the 1st time last week and the dress that I am potently getting is a Maggie Sottero for $850. I didn't want to spend over $600-$700 but I love (love) this dress and it is perfect (and light) for a destination wedding.

I paid $199 for mine - and that was full price. I got a bridesmaid's dress in ivory. I definately think this is the way to go! It even has a train! I accidentally walked in the bridesmaid section and immediately saw a dress that I loved, tried it on, and just ordered it in ivory.
You save so much money this route, especially for destination style gowns that are less poufy. But even if you do want a big princess dress, you can find those too! Order it in white/ivory, and voila - you've saved tons of $$$!

I had originally wanted something inexpenisive because I knew I could possibly ruin it for TTD session. I found a couple that were only about $250 and were pretty plain and simple. But when I tried on my dress that I ordered, I knew I had to have it. It was $489,more than the others, but way cheaper than I ever expected to spend on a wedding dress.
