No. I've asked my Uncle to take my pictures (he's an amature photographer) and I'm going to ask a friend to video the wedding. I'll put together my photo album and edit the video. I know they will both do a great job, I have no worries at all.

So... I think I've decided on EdenH  I picked my favourite resort in Cuba, Mexico, and DR, and EdenH came out on top. The jacuzzi definitely sold me  Now as for date... That's a toughie... It's going to be early 2010 for sure, maybe even 2011. I wanted September 7, 2010, but the TA I spoke with said it wasn't a great idea because I'd have to fly to Toronto first, then spend a night in the airport and fly to DR the next day, plus it's hurricane season, so I may not get a hurricane, but I'll likely get rain... Beach + Rain = MUD! lol Which makes for a crappy ceremony. I'm thinking March, but again, I have no idea because I have to get the rest of my life in order first. But either way, I'm 99.9% sure I'll be an EdenH bride  | |

Ok, after countless of unanswered questions, my FI and I decided we are gonna have go to the EDENH and get them answered personally. We decided to do a quick weekend trip (departing August 22) to check out the place, meet the coordinator, whoever she may NOW be and of course, take tons of pics to post on the forum. This is going to reduce sooooo much stress.
If you have any particular pictures or questions you want answered, let me know.

WOW!!! That's a great idea! I can't wait to see your pics. If you don't mind, I would like to know;
1) What the indoor ceremony options are if it's raining?
2) What excursions do they offer? (my ceremony is at 11am and I'd like to do something as a group before the reception)
3) Do they have a mic and speaker set up for the beach ceremony? Is there a cost for this?
Other than that I would like to know what my options are regarding flowers, cake, decorations, etc... but part of the fun is waiting until I get there to see what they are.
Enjoy your trip and I can't wait to hear all about it. Take lots of pictures and if you have the time, please post your questions and answers.

I have a bit of a weird question... Any idea if they serve Captain Morgan rum? Probably not, but it's the only rum my Dad will drink, so I want to know if I need to bring a bottle with us or not. And we finally picked a date! Yay!
