Has anyone ever rented a villa from the owner in San Jose? We are looking at a villa on the Mayan Palce Golf Course.
If anyone has ever used Vacation Rental By Owner ..VRBO® is Vacation Rentals by Owner® Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner, can you share your experience?

One of the docs at work went to Hawaii for a week in December and she used VRBO. Didn't hear anything bad about it. Sounds like a great way to vacation.

I always rent from VRBO but never Internationally. I live in NJ so we rent houses a couple times a year to go skiing in PA. What I will say is I have never been disappointed.

My In-laws used VRBO to rent their house for our wedding in Cabo. My mom also has a vacation property that she rents out through VRBO. Never had a problem.

ive rented houses in big bear, palm springs and the bahamas through VRBO. all have been great!

We had great experiences with it in Cabo, both condos and villas.

My girlfriends and I use VRBO all the time for rentals. Most of the time the places are exactly as described. We've only had a couple of places turn out to be not so nice or missing telling information.
