Here are copies of the menus that I have thus far for Paradisus Punta Cana.
We will be doing our rehearsal dinner at one of the restaurants (Romantico probably) ... so if you are having a large group, you have to select one item from each section and it is served as a set menu, but for no additional charge as long as you are not privatizing the restaurant.
Just FYI ...

Vento is FABULOUS! It was our favorite a la carte at PPC by far! We ended up having our Rehearsal Dinner at Marino (Shrimp and Lobster) and it was great!!! We had a few non-seafood eaters and they accomodated those guests with no problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on which restaurant we should have the private reception in. We will only be having 30-40 people and I orignially booked Albufera...but I need advice from people who have been there....
