Has anyone heard or used him for wedding pictures? I know Jennifer Hatton (Dessert Diva) is his daughter that does cakes and I have talked to her.

when I was planning my wedding I spoke to him. He is very nice and prices seem reasonable but we didn't take him because he didn't want to get near the water at all. Scared of his equipment getting wet.
We wanted to do Trash the dress pics with him (we ended up doing it with Manuel Burgoin) so Peter was out of the question.

Peter came highly recommended by the hotel we're getting married at. (Hotel Palmas de Cortez in Los Barriles). I had no idea Jennifer Hatton was his daughter (she is doing our cake). His prices are good and he seems very nice (via email), but we wound up going with a woman named Lori Makabe. http://lorimakabe.com/
Her work looks great and her prices are reasonable too. And - in response to someone's comment about the "trash the dress" shoot - she is definitely into that!
