Default El Dorado vs Royal Porto

Ok girls I need help! Any opinions on either of these resorts would be much appreciated! Would love to hear from anyone who has been to or heard anything about either of them? Thanks

Default Re: El Dorado vs Royal Porto

Hi Weez,

I haven't been to El Dorado but I have been to Royal Porto twice! I absolutely loved it and would probably get married there if it was cheaper. The rooms are amazing - spacious suites w/jacuzzi hot tub come standard! And the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I loved the funky mariachi and bird sculptures down by the pool/garden area. Good restaurants too. I have never actually seen a wedding take place there so I can't really put my two cents in on that, but overall the hotel is really nice and it's right next to downtown Playa. The only downside is from what I've heard the beaches might not be quite as nice as some of the other resorts. If you have any more questions on the Royal just let me know!

Jaime :)
