I've been engaged for about 2 weeks now, and have been asked by tons of people what my colors are going to be. My BM also are eager to find out too.
I like the idea of bright colors like blues and corals on the beach but am pretty conservative as evident that everything in my house is some variation of brown or tan. I love yellow, but my bridesmaids have both said they look really bad in yellow.
I would like to think I have many talents, but decorating is not one of them! Can you guys share your color themes with me? Pictures or images of color swatches are greatly appreciated? I could desperately need some inspiration.
Perhaps there has already been some discussion on this topic? If so, please help me find that thread!

Mine are Lagoon, Bronze, and Sunset.
(I based them off of the colors in this compact:)
but then decided to warm up the pale yellow/gold color to sunset shades...like this:

I still don't know what my colours are, but reading your post I immediately thought of Christa's wedding. She had turquoise and I think her bouquets were coral. Let me see if I can find a thread of hers....
