I heard good things about the jalepeno poppers.. everything else was a blur as we were taking photos and didn't try anything. We didn't get to try apps at our tasting either.

Erica to be honest we didn't get to try any at out at the tasting, and we didn't have any at our cocktail hour either!
Our guests said they were good, but I don't remember anything specific.
This is what we had: Mini Quiche Lorraine, Mini Tamales, Mini Tacos, Chicken & Cheese Turnovers, Hot Wings, & Beef Brochette with blue cheese
ETA: For our reception dinner we had:
Appetizer: Portobello Mushroom in a Puff Pastry Shell with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Soup: Cream of Broccoli with Parmesan Cheese
Entree: Lobster & Filet Mignon with Sweet & Sour Sauce
Dessert: Tres Leches wedding cake with white chocolate & strawberries
