Default bra question...

I was just wondering if you plan on wearing a bra or bustier under your wedding dress ?

I am going shopping this weekend for my last minutes wedding/vacation and I am wondering if I need to by one... everything seem "in place" without one (LOL) but is it better to have one?

I had cups sewn into my dress so I'm not wearing one. And even if I didn't have the cups I still wouldn't wear one. I have a halter dress though (and small ladies) so I think that makes a difference. If I had a strapless dress I might want one.
If your dress was fit to you without one it might be better to go without rather than making the dress too tight.

I did not wear anything. I had cups sewn in last minute because I lost weight and it did not fit quite the same as it did before, and that is the only reason. It was way to hot to wear more material. I say if everything is in place and fits well then do not add more material to the mix. I had on a pair of thin undies and a garter, nothing else was under my dress.

I'm going to wear the gel cups that stick to you, more affectionately know as "chicken cutlets" around my house. they work great, stay in place and function well. you can get them at any major department store or VS. They claim you can wear them over 100x's. i''ve worn mine at least 10 times in hot Cabo conditions and still stayed on. good luck!

I am not wearing a bra. I am pretty small, so it doesn't matter for me and I also have a really deep v in my dress, but honestly, i hate bras!

You ladies are so lucky to have the option of not wearing a bra, I anticipate having to hunt down a heavy duty bra/corset that isn't too hideous and hides well under whatever dress I find. I may go with a white bridesmaid dress which I've heard have less structure than wedding gowns so I will definetly need some major help in the support department. lol-wish me luck lol

Well, I planned on using these bra things that just tape on. (not cutlets.. just tape) but I didn't practice beforehand so when I was done I had saggy wrinkly girls.. not pretty.. I ended up ripping off the tape and going au'natural.. I didn't have a corset and it was strapless, but the girls stayed in place all day/night so no problems..
