we booked the Jr Suite...but *sigh* that jacuzzi on the balcony would be pretty awesome!!!

I booked the JR suite, but I hope to get an upgrade to a full suite but the jacuzzi on the balcony would be so so so nice. I'm with you girls we ALL need the Jacuzzi on the balcony !!! and from what I understand the jacuzzi on the balcony suites have two balconies... so you have to go up some stairs to get to the outside jacuzzi!!! To nice!

We booked a Jr. Suite Oceanview and got upgraded to an ocean front full suite on the day after our arrival. It was beautiful, but I kinda wished we went ahead and booked the jacuzzi on the balcony suite. We were told there are only 7 of them and they book at least 6 months in advance so getting upgraded to one doesn't really happen. It would have been worth it to us to book it ahead of time because the weather wasn't that great while we were there (except for the wedding day, Thank God that was a beautiful day) and the pool water actually got pretty cold especially after all the rain. Plus even on the nicest of days the clouds would roll in in the late afternoon and it would be overcast and breezy so if we had a warm jacuzzi on our balcony it would have definitely gotten used. We just used the one in our suite which was nice but not the same as sitting out on the balcony would have been.
There are no jacuzzi's in the pool area, at least none with warm water. the jetted whirlpool areas in the pool were not heated and guests were looking all over for the jacuzzi to get warm but it's actually located inside the spa and not that warm either!

We booked the jr. suite too... I was hoping to get upgraded to either the full suite or the jacuzzi suite!! Oh well, if it doesn't happen its not the end of the world.

Does anyone know (and I know it will vary by time of year) how much the junior suite is?
We wanted the Jacuzzi suite for 6 days in June and our TA quoted us 1606 per person. The total would've come to a little over 3,000 and we can NOT afford that....not just for the room but it would be nice!
