I know some of this information is available on other threads. Here is the updated information I received from the Hilton after a request for information for November 2008 wedding.
Group rate of $195.00 USD plus taxes (13% government tax plus 10% service charge, subject to change without notice. The service charge is a union contracted fee which covers all porterage, bellman, housekeeping services as well as all other non food and beverages such concierge, front desk, etc.)
In order to offer you our special group rate and the great benefits listed below we require a minimum of 10 rooms per 3 nights of 15 rooms per 2 nights a total of 30 room nights:
Benefits:
· Welcome Tropical Drink upon individual check in
· One up grade to Junior Suite at the Standard Deluxe rate for Bride and Groom during their entire stay (depending on availability) if a minimum of 30 room nights are paid
· One complimentary night for Bride and Groom the night of the wedding if a minimum of 30 room nights are paid
· Complimentary welcome room amenity for Bride and Groom the night of the wedding
· Complimentary parking
· Complimentary location fees subject to consumption of food and beverages per location
· Complimentary Daily News Briefs newspapers
· Two complimentary bottles of water per room per day
· Complimentary access to our fitness center for all participants
· Group rates available 3 days pre and 3 days post program (depending on availability)
· Wedding Coordinator In House
· Pool Amenities (Frozen Fruits / Towels / Evian Spray / Flavored Freezes)
· 10% discount on Golf Course Cabo Real
· 2 complimentary nights for Bride and Groom at a date prior to the wedding for the tasting and finalization of wedding plans (dates to be confirmed subject to availability)
Separately I am attaching our banquet kit, entertainment information, audiovisual services.
Please find below approx costs for cake, flowers, and beautiful details:
For wedding cake pricing: Because of the wide variety and options involved with a wedding cake, pricing varies for each cake. The cost of your cake will depend on the cake and filling choices, additional decoration or design work, plus a delivery fee. For a quote corresponding to your specific cake options, please contact us directly. I am attaching photos of beautiful options. Approx cost per person $10-$15 + tax USD per person.
Approx costs:
Boutonniere: $20 - $30 USD + tax
Bouquet: $80 - $120 USD + tax
Center pieces: $30 - $150 USD + tax
Flowers: $30 - $300 USD + tax
Hoppa: $300 - $1,200.00 USD + tax

Hey there! Thanks so much for the info...very helpful....but I am sort of freaking out b/c you listed the group rate as $195 and my group rate for March 2008 is $295 at the Hilton! Can you please confirm whether the info is correct? Thanks so much!

I'm also in the process of booking for November 2008...I wanted the Whale Watching or Sun Fun Hut, but was told that my group (50-60) is too small to have a reception there and I'd have to pay a site fee plus consumption fee. Are you running into this as well? Also, I was was quoted $250 + tax for November 2008

my group is going to be just about that and didnt hear anything about it being to small to book, but I also did a room block so all of the site fees were waived. Do you think that a lot of your guests will stay there? If they will, then do the room block

I was quoted $240 in may!--and we are having 125+...how did you get this rate of $195?
it's not even off-season!

I think july thru september is their off season because it does get ridiculously hot in the summer and then their is hurricane season. May might still be considered the in-season.
