That sucks about the tipping issues. There were times in Cabo I felt that way too and it really weighed on my mind. Like you don't want to be stingy or ungrateful but cmon we are already spending A LOT of $$ here!

I sent an email to Marianna and the General Manager. The general manager is out until the 14th but I heard back from Marianna right away and she was very disappointed and they will talk to the staff to figure out who did this because it is unacceptable. I'll keep you posted on how the GM responds when she gets back.

Great review and beautiful pics! I just got back from Dreams, and I have to agree w/ you...the resort is great and gorgeous, but the room service people kinda suck.
