Help finding officiant in Tulum

I'm wondering if anyone has hired their own officiant. I actually want a mostly non-religious ceremony and have something specific written up. I put a lot of time into coming up with the perfect ceremony to be meaningful to FI and I, as well as our two families.
While I am Mexican and would not have a problem with the minister having an accent, I want FI's and our guests to understand what is being said as well, especially since I am having guests do a stone ceremony.
Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. TIA
