I think my budget is:

$100 for my bouquet (I'm not having BMs or a MOH)
$800 for the rest (including $350 for a chupah on the beach)
$15 grooms boutinere (sp?)
$200 (guesstimate) on other decor items

So maybe like $1300?

I think I'm getting quoted really high, even though my wedding planner even told me she did not use the Flower Cart because they were so expensive. If any of the prices below sound crazy to anybody, please let me know. I'm already trying to bring them down, but I honestly don't have much to go by.
I will also post pics to give you guys an idea of what I'm getting.

So here's my flower tally so far:

My bouquet is all bright pink callas, and I'm looking at the latest worksheet and there is no price... Hmm, how did I miss this last weekend?!?

3 Bridesmaid Bouquets (6 pink poison roses and 6 orange calla lillies on each bouquet) $80 each

1 Groom boutonnier with small pink calla $25

2 large urns with white flowers $130 each
Click the image to open in full size.

Centerpieces: white roses and white lisanthius(instead of tulips like in the pic since lisanthius are cheaper): $90 each x 6 tables

Total: $935 + my bouquet.

Karla- Who is your wedding planner? Where did she say she was getting the flowers from? It does seem kind of high for the bridemaids, since there are not that many flowers in them.

Actually the prices are about right if from the Flower Cart. Figure that they will charge about $140 for yours as well. There probably isn't alot of negotiating room for the urns... that's actually a good price. Bridesmaids bouquet I would try to get at $65 or so. Out of all of the prices I think that the centerpieces were high. I'd try to negotiate somewhere around $60-$75 per table but I think that's even a bit much... try to offer $55.

During my site visit we visited Floreria Shadia and there pricing is around the same with about a $10 difference either way. We've decided to use Floreria Patricia the same as Tammy and Felicia.

Thank you girls! This gives me a much better idea of what prices I can negotiate on. Most girls have posted prices for orchids, so I was not sure what prices would be for other types of flowers. I am using Cabo Dream Weddings and the flower place is called Rossy. She said that she did not use Flower Cart because it's too expensive, but as you can see from the prices.... not much difference!

Compared to what Elena is charging, those prices seem very reasonable.

I checked out Elena Damy's prices. Her flowers seemed great, but out of my budget as far as prices go. She was too pricey for me. I'm paying $1,054 for my flowers with taxes. I'm using Mundo Floral thru Hilton. See attached spreadsheet.

Maria Elena,

Did she tell you how many roses would be on each bouquet?
