BR had them last summer, but this is really an off time of year for linen. If you can hold out until the spring I would try. Otherwise, check out bluefly.com, and other shopping sites that carry off-season merchandise.

I think I want a tan linen suit for steve, but I tried looking about a month ago and no one has them at this time of year, so I'm going to wait until spring & summer, but I also like the tan suits, and they will be less wrinkly and I think he'd have more opportunity to wear it again. We'll see...

I'm definitly waiting till late summer. we will definitly do some shade of khaki, probably no to to light. And something he can definitly wear again for summer weddings and such. His mother told him he neaded to go suit shopping because he still had all 4 grandparents and they were not going to be around for to much longer, so we went to the Wrenthem outlets and found an absolutly stunning suit at the Versace outlet in black for like 400.00. That was versace, so I am determened to find a suit at Banana or J.Crew this summer for 250.00 or less.

For all the married couples.. Were your guys sweating their B#### off in a suit? That is what we wanted to go with a traditional Mexican wedding shirt.

Cool Re: Post Groom and GM attire

I am also looking for a tan linen suit, but they are not in season right now and we only have 3 months left.

Why do guys procrastinate?

And I found a nice suit at Jos.A Bank for only $118 (thank you Janet), but he won't get it yet because he wants to "get in shape". Grrrrrrrr........

My FI says the same thing, and has been saying the same thing for months. Meanwhile, I am losing weight and he is not. Oh well- I'll give him a couple more months, and then he's gettin a suit whether he is ready or not!

My Fiancee is wearing tan linen pants. (we got them from a clearance rack for $30!) and a long sleave linen top which he wants to roll the sleaves. The GM are wearing the same thing only their shirts are are short sleaved.
