My STDs are finally done and sent out! I borrowed the letter format and postcard format from Marie Sam. Thanks for posting your information! I wanted a letter that had all of the important information about our wedding and I also wanted the guests to be able to reply as to if they thought they would be able to make it. That is why I enclosed a stamped reply postcard, I figure we can get a good head count this way. I LOVE the tropical fruit stamps! It really keeps with the whole destination tropical theme! We also really wanted to give our guest magnets so they can have a little reminder to keep on their fridge. We got these from VistaPrint for FREE! I think they turned out really cute! I got my metallic gold envelopes from envelopemall.com, the metallic pink azalea letter paper from paperandmore.com, the custom stamps with our monogram from Stamps.com, the beach magnet from VistPrint, the postcard from VistaPrint, the postcard stamps from the post office (you just ask for the tropical fruit postcard stamps), and the palm tree punch to make the palm tree stickers from Michaels Crafts store.

Aww Leslie everything turned out beautifully ~ your color choices are so vibrant and perfect, and using metallic products always gives it such a glitzy feel! wink.gif And the magnets are too cool ~ Vistaprint is the BEST!!!! I'm so glad my stuff helped, and you're right the fruit stamps are adorable, but I must say your personalized ones are fabulous woot.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
